ANGIE + BRIAN - SUMMER BREEZE
Summer Breeze was the theme and it was that indeed – a stylish and modern tiny wedding of pure bliss; and a breeze for our excited couple. Our 90-minute stylized wedding was so perfect from start to finish for Angie and Brian. Angie initially arranged to do a destination wedding on 6/6/20, but with COVID-19 killing dreams, she happened to see Altar’s Instagram information and we began the process just 25 days prior to our 6/6 Summer Altar Wedding date. Her words in her correspondence to me were, “With all the changes that have been going on I know that I don’t have time to plan a wedding, but still want the memories and pictures of that day.” I thought I’m your girl! I love helping couples find a solution!
Angie and Brian tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at The Landry Collective in Downtown Dallas. Drawing from my inspiration of summer vibes, we kept it primarily all white. The natural light of the space created a wonderful afternoon celebration of 18 guests. The room was bright and airy, and was filled with hanging white wisteria from the rafters, as well as an altar filled with white roses and more hanging wisteria. The bride carried a floral bouquet with light pink peonies, pink and white roses (so sweet). Angie and Brian had her niece and nephew stand with them as they took their vows. I would say the highlight of the event was the ceremony with the Officiant, Jeremy Williams, reminding the couple of the importance of love, continuing to date your spouse and the true meaning of union. They had the perfect setting and the right number of guests to share this special day. The couple, family and friends were vividly captured by our photographer from the moment Angie came in the venue, until we took the last group picture! Angie and Brian chose a delicious vanilla wedding cake with salted caramel filling, and after, a quick champagne toast. Live music from George Anderson is a huge plus for our Altar Tiny Weddings and completed the guests fun time with us.
The wedding could not have been sweeter to watch! I remember one of the guests coming to me and telling me “This is the best way to wed. It’s so perfect for couples, especially now!”
So many great moments to recap! Please see our picture gallery to check out the stunning couple.
